Shipping & Returns

Art Print Shipping

Each art print is printed to order through my professional printing partner and shipped directly to you. Your print includes a digitally reproduced signature.

Orders are typically submitted for printing within two business days. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your print to be made and delivered. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

A flat $10 shipping fee applies to art print orders.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are packed and shipped separately from art prints. Please refer to the individual painting’s listing for shipping details and any available local pickup options.

If you purchase an original and a print together, they will arrive separately.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through the website. If you’re interested in having artwork shipped internationally, please email hello@galiduart.com before placing your order to discuss what may be possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email hello@galiduart.com as soon as possible.

Print orders can be canceled for a full refund before they enter production. Original painting orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Commissioned artwork can be canceled for a full refund before work begins.

Once printing or commissioned work has begun, or an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

If there’s a problem with your delivery, please email hello@galiduart.com with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

I’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
